Return Policy

The Seventh Genius Online RMA team is committed to ensuring a seamless return process for our customers. To initiate a return, simply log in to your "My Account" section on our website and follow these straightforward steps.
Select the order you intend to return, and in the order details, choose the products and quantities for return. Upon review of your return request, you can track the updated status in the "My Merchandise Returns" section.

Please be aware that we will only accept returned shipments with prior authorization, as indicated in the Merchandise Returns Section.

For all new/refurbished equipment, we provide FREE replacements in the event of any product defects.

RESTOCKING FEE
A 25% restocking fee will be applicable to non-defective current merchandise ordered in error.

Return Guidelines:

  • Merchandise must be in unused and original packaging condition.
  • Bulk-packed and refurbished products will be deemed saleable only if the sealing tape and original packaging remain unbroken.
  • Returns are not accepted for discontinued products (except for defects, upon approval).
  • Returns are not accepted for close-out or sale products unless defective.
  • Custom printed labeled tapes are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the original invoice date.
  • Customers are responsible for covering all return freight costs.
  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these return policies.
