Shipping

We do our best to ship all of your orders on the same business day if you have ordered it online before 03:30 PM Central Time (Monday – Friday). All orders being placed after 03:30 PM or on a weekend/national holiday will be shipped the next business day.

We have multiple regional warehouses and normally we ship your order from one of our regional warehouses. Our main goal is to make sure that the delivery time of your ordered products is as least possible, therefore in order to do so we may normally split your order into multiple packages if they are located in our different warehouses instead of one single warehouse. We do not charge any extra shipping charges for shipping your order from our multiple warehouses.

Additional Shipping Charges for items with unusual dimensions - There can be additional shipping charges for items that have dimensions other than usual dimensions. Heavy items or items need special handling may incur additional shipping/handling charges which will be communicated to you before shipping of your order.

SHIPPING METHOD

We use multiple careers like USPS, UPS and FedEx for shipping of your orders. We can also provide the option of shipping your orders on your own courier accounts.

SERVICE SUBSTITUTION

Seventh Genius reserves the right to substitute shipping carriers when we feel that an alternate carrier will provide better service.
