The Returns team at Seventh Genius always endeavors to make any returns as smooth as possible. You can raise the return request easily from your “My Account” section by signing in to the website and following the simple steps given below.

Click on the order you wish to return and in the order details just select the products and quantity you want to return. Once your return request is reviewed, you will see the updated status in "My Merchandise Returns".

Please note we will only accept returned shipments with our prior authorization which you can see in Merchandise Returns Section. 


A 25% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective current merchandise, on orders which may have been placed by mistake.

  • Merchandise must be in unused and original packaging condition.
  • Returns of bulk-packed and refurbished products will be considered saleable only if the sealing tape and its original packaging are unbroken.
  • We do not give returns on discontinued products (except for defects, upon approval).
  • We do not give returns on close-out or sale products unless defective.
  • Custom-printed labeled tapes, are non-returnable unless defective.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the original invoice date.
  • Customer is responsible for paying any return freight costs.
  • Customers may need to speak to the manufacturer for Technical support in case the items are under direct manufacturer warranty/support.
  • The refund will be processed after the item has been received back in our warehouse and inspected by the Returns team to be in the same condition as mentioned by the customer while the RMA was authorized.
